• Conferences: 9:00am to 9:45 am, 10:00 am to 10:45 am, 11:00 am to 11:45
• Lunch on your own

• Convention official inauguration and ribbon cutting reception begins at 7:00 pm till ??, cocktails, cold and hot appetizers

• Walk around music every 2 hours (Mariachis, Plena, Trio), cocktails, food sampling and more
• Match Buyers and Sellers meetings (TBA)
• Conferences: 10:00 am to 10:45am, 11:00 am to 11:45 pm
• Luncheon 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm
• Evening Event Under the Caribbean Starts Night Party 8:00 pm till?
  * Cold & hot Appetizer,
  * Caribbean & Puerto Rican Cultural Show, a 14-piece band that will take us in an imaginary tour through the Caribbean with Batuka Comparsa with Cabezudos Puppets, Salsa Music, Disco Music, Plena Music, and Tropical Salsa Music honoring the music of Caribbean Stars such as Hector LaVoe, Juan Luis Guerra, and Celia Cruz.
  *Night will finish off with a romantic bohemia in English and Spanish (location to be announced)

  Booth dismount begging at 6:00 pm, no exhibitor will be allowed to dismount before 6:00 pm
